The Prague Groschen was the currency in Bohemia and the Holy Roman Empire. It was made of silver and coined in Kutná Hora. Bohemia had rich silver resources around the area of Kutná Hora. The town of Skalitz is a good example, as the silver from Skalitz was also used to coin the Prague Groschen in Kutná Hora.
