Description
- The hamlet of Merhojed has been stricken by a mysterious scourge that first infected the animals and now the villagers.
Objectives
- Ask local bailiff about the situation.
- Investigate the plague in Merhojed.
- Straw's wife
- Cure Straw's wife.
- Bedrishka
- Dig a grave.
- Take the body to the grave.

- Daniel
- Have a word with Johanka at the monastery.
- (Optional) Talk to Brother Nicodemus.
- Find the right diagnosis and the recipe for the cure in the books.
- Prepare the remedy.
- Take the remedy to Merhojed.
- Wait and see how the cure works.
- Talk to Melichar.
- Find out from Brother Nicodemus how things look in Merhojed.
- (Optional) Give the cure to the sick.
- Cure the delirious man.
- Wait until the situation clears up.

Notes
- Completing the quest Mightier than the Sword is needed in order to unlock the Plague Doctor achievement.
- If Brother Nicodemus brews the healing potion, a lot of villagers will die.
